My girlfriend and I recently moved from a 5th-floor walk-up in Manhattan to our new apartment in Brooklyn, and Otter Moving NYC made the entire experience so much easier than I ever expected.
The team packed everything, moved it carefully, and placed it exactly where we wanted it in our new home. We honestly didn't have to lift a finger. What impressed me the most was our heavy IKEA wooden bed. They disassembled it in Manhattan, transported it safely, and rebuilt it perfectly in Brooklyn without any issues.
Beyond the move itself, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to be around. Moving in NYC can be stressful, especially with multiple flights of stairs, but they made the whole process feel smooth and worry-free.
I'm extremely grateful for their hard work and would absolutely recommend Otter Moving NYC to anyone looking for movers they can trust. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
My third time using them to move!!! Amazing as always and VERY affordable! The workers are very nice and have clear communication! I had team #34 today with David and they got everything done in 1h and 30 minutes!!! 100/10 definitely recommend
I had an fantastic moving experience with Otter! The moving crew worked very fast, arrived on time, and was very friendly. The Otter office team was very helpful, flexible, and very understanding about my situation with the building management. I would rate this moving experience with Otter to be 5/5 stars, no drama. Great service as always. Otter is my go to company to work with and the guys are always friendly, fast and careful. I needed a team of 4 today t9 move a lot of gardening material and the work was completed in 1.5 hours. Amazing.
