Great experience! I requested a consultation on understanding my rights as a California resident after quitting a sales job that was based in Ohio. There was an aggressive NDA which could have locked me down for years. Fortunately, Robert thoroughly knows California law regarding Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation. Robert was personable and took the time to answer my questions. He even advised me to write my former employer a letter myself so I could save some money. Wow! That's a new experience. If I ever have a serious issue regarding employment law, I know who I will be reaching out to.
The Ottinger firm is a dedicated advocate of its clients and truly fights in the best intreat of its clients. The Ottinger (les by Robert Ottinger as the lead counsel) is also very stryegic and knows how to advise the client when the time comes for strategic twists and moves in a given case. For example in our case Ottinger carried the ball very well and was able to “shovel pass it” to a co-counsel (that Ottinger has deep relationships with) firn which is another very capable firm.
