Great experience here. Brought in my gaming laptop because it was overheating and the fans were really loud.
Ethan did a full internal cleaning and replaced the thermal paste, and it honestly feels like a new laptop now — everything runs smooth and quiet again. He was friendly, the staff were welcoming, and I got it back the same day.

Good vibes as soon as I walked in. Personable and knowledgeable. As soon as I described the issue I was having Ethan diagnosed the problem. He then opened the laptop while I was present and was able to confirm his initial diagnosis. He provided an upfront price, which was significantly less than anywhere else I’d been, and gave me an estimated time for completion, which was 7 to 10 days. I dropped it off on Friday and Ethan called me the following Friday to come get my laptop. Excellent customer service and skills to match. I highly recommend this guy. Thank you so much Ethan.
I AM A CERTIFIED COMPUTER TECHNICIAN WITH OVER A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE WITH REPLACING PHONE SCREENS, I was given a defective screen, when I went back, the "technician" tried to insult my intelligence, stating that the screen wasn't working because I dropped it again, he attempted to charge me for a new screen, and when I declined, I was forced to leave the store without any of the inner brackets and screws, while also having no screen. My phone is now completely useless, and I wouldn't even be able to get my screen replaced elsewhere, because I am now missing parts, due to terrible service. I thought they did good work, but I was entirely wrong. Do not go here . I HAVE OVER A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE WORKING ON CELL PHONES, I only came here because I needed a speedy fix and now I'm $160 down the drain all because this false technician gave me a faulty screen to begin with, if I hadn't opened my phone my motherboard would have fried with how badly my phone was overheating, now I have no device at all because this false technician doesn't want to own up to the fact he sells terrible quality screens, I DID NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENT STATING A WARRENTY WOULD BE VOID UPON OPENING THE DEVICE, YOU ARE NOT APPLE, YOU CANNOT MAKE A CLAIM LIKE THAT, you just didn't want me to verify you did a terrible job

So I’ve been holding on to my phone for ever. It was doing great until the last summer my phone fell the screen looked inky and I couldn’t see my full messages but the phone was still working just fine. Then it fell again the back of my phone was cracked. Today on 4/23 at like 8pm my phone fell and the screen went black but I can still get calls! I contacted so many ppl and I waited a few ! Ethan got back to me THANK GOD !!! I couldn’t go to him so I u Ubered my phone to him he gave me a price I zelled and by 11:48 pm my phone is ubered back to me !!! The screen is brand new !!!!
