I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. The worst company I have ever conducted business with. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM PARADOX PRODUCTIONS. I paid 600 dollars for a sound system and when the day of the event came they never delivered my speakers. I called three different numbers over 50 times and never got an answer. If this company isn’t a scam it is by far the worst business I have ever seen.
They have very good stuff, in best condition, Excellent costumer service, Extremely good prices, Delivery sharply on time, I placed my order in the last minute, about 5 hours before my event, and everything was ready on time! I couldn't be happier then that!
8 years and I found myself still dialing paradox for any production support I am in need with. By far one of the most reliable technicians who always finds away to accommodate my needs even during those last min frantic I need rescue asap calls. Really great experience renting cold sparks machine for my daughter’s prom send off. Pick up was a breeze, and they showed me how to use it in less than 5 mins. Drop off was also very easy.
