Tge service I recvd today was.excellent. Martin and Manuel(?) removed a heavy 100 year old steel doors and refitted a new one perfectly after rebuilding the old framing which had the same level of wear and tear and misalignment as the old door had. They cleaned up perfectly when done. GREAT JOB!
I have nothing but praise for Paragon. My apartment intercom handset hasn’t worked for a long time. My neighbor’s handset was replaced by Paragon and she recommended I call. Within a couple of days my inoperative equipment was replaced by a wonderful, timely, considerate young man who explained that the system is soon to be obsolete and I was just in time as the current equipment is not being made. I’m hoping my building considers Paragon to install a new system to bring us into the 21st century. Thank you for your excellent service.
We recently had two camera technicians working in our building Flavio and Adrian, their service was truly outstanding. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and technical expertise. They explained each step clearly, worked carefully around the building, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before finishing.
In addition to their excellent work, they were extremely friendly and respectful with all the residents and building staff, which made the experience even better. Their dedication and positive attitude really stood out.
