I have been using Pilot Fiber for about 10 years, and have zero complaints. In fact, I can't speak highly enough about them. I have only ever contacted their support for network issues like DDoS or suspected routing issues, and they have been not only extremely helpful but also knowledgeable and quick to resolve. I have never had to have my issue explained to more than one person.
The only outage of service I ever had was due to underground street construction in my area, and when I called to tell them the problem, they told me they had already identified the problem and had dispatched a repair team.
Most recently, they have been very helpful in helping us organize an upcoming office move, moving our service to a new building where they previously had no presence.
To summarize: If you want fast, reliable, affordable internet access from a technically knowledgeable and helpful team, look no further than Pilot Fiber.
