These guys have been servicing my generator since my contractor installed it. They are very accommodating and their technicians are on time and competent. The person who runs service - Rick is very knowledgeable and easy to work with in terms of learning about my generator, answering questions and scheduling regular service.
We use PowerPro for the service and maintenance of our generators at two residential properties. Been using them twice a year for scheduled maintenance, and I highly recommend. The entire team is nice, responsive, and willing to help with any questions. They offer their recommendations but aren't pushy. Luckily have not had any emergencies with the generator, but I like that if I have the service plan, you have emergency access to have a tech come out and check out your problem. Great company and happy to do business with them!
Byron and TJ did a phenomenal job with the install. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The finished product looks great. Highly recommend PowerPro Services. Their staff are top notch. They made things simple. I really feel I got great value for my money. Shout out to Darlene, Fred and Rick. Darlene did a great job coordinating things. Rick the service manager was great and Fred did a great job explaining to me what my options were. Together we selected a Koehler generator, a great product. Lastly the electricians did a great job installing the transfer switch and making the final connections. Overall great teamwork. Couldn’t be more happier. Thanks you!
PowerPro Generators just installed a new Kohler generator set as standby power for our entire home. The installation went seamlessly, the price point was very reasonable, and their installation and service team were pleasant and very easy to work with. A+ for a job well done. 👍🏻
Power Pro installed a backup generator on our home, and we are absolutely floored by the wonderful experience we had with them.
