It was near the end of the work day hours on a Saturday and I was having issues with my LG washing machine. I need something done asap. I took my chances due to the latest of the day and contacted Premier appliance service who had worked on a few appliances for me in the past. Immediately, they sent an expert over to me in less than 1/2 an hour. The technician diagnosed the issue and repaired right away. It was a bit pricey but Priceless....
They came up and worked on my dryer for an hour at least and didn't charge me anything. Great customer service and everything was explained to me also.
The freezer door wasn't completely closing.
A repair man came & fixed it within an hour.
Also went over maintenance with me. Very polite and respectful.
Would recommend again.
