red table catered my wedding recently and I can't say enough good things about them. Pierce from Red table is an absolute rockstar. I was nervous about space and making people comfortable and he was so sure that he had it under control and he was right. SO MANY remarked about how friendly the servers were, the bartenders were like REAL bartenders who moved fast and made good drinks. also, the bar display was *chefs kiss* Wedding food is notoriously underwhelming, but not ours. everyone RAVED about the apps, the stations, the service!!! The food was so plentiful there was never an opportunity to go hungry. The lambchops were a standout passed app. everything was presented beautifully. 10/10!!!!
We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Red Table. From start to finish, they were exceptional and played such a huge role in making our wedding feel elegant, seamless, and unforgettable.
To start, the cocktail hour was spectacular. The passed appetizers were not only delicious but somehow still piping hot as they made their way around the room! Every bite felt restaurant quality, and our guests are still raving about how amazing everything was.
For dinner, the presentation was stunning. Each entrée was plated with sophistication and real attention to detail. It genuinely felt like fine dining. We offered chicken piccata, beef tenderloin, and pesto pasta, and all three were phenomenal. The beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, the pesto pasta was fresh and vibrant, and the chicken piccata was bright, balanced, and beautifully executed. In fact, chicken piccata was not even on Red Table's original menu options, and they gladly created it for us. That level of flexibility and commitment to personalization meant so much.
The bar service was equally impressive. The open bar ran seamlessly all night, and they crafted custom signature cocktails inspired by my wife Sara and I that were such a hit with our guests. It added a fun and personal touch while still feeling elevated and refined.
The servers were truly white glove level. The staff was polished, professional, attentive, and warm. Plates were served and cleared gracefully, drinks were refreshed without ever being intrusive, and every interaction felt thoughtful and high end. The entire evening flowed flawlessly because of their team.
David and Pierce were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They were incredibly responsive, organized, generous with their time, and fully invested in getting every detail right. They welcomed us back for multiple tastings in their showroom in Brooklyn to make sure we felt completely confident in our menu selections, which speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and client experience.
Red Table did not just cater our wedding - they elevated it at every level. The food, presentation, bar program, and service were all exceptional. We truly could not recommend them more highly!
Pierce , David and the team at Red Table were the caterer for my daughter’s wedding at the Burden Kahn mansion. The evening was a beautiful elegant event with food and service equal to any highly rated restaurant. The menu was designed with a theme that honored the home towns of the bride and groom. We were in awe of how authentic and delicious both the appetizers and entree tasted. The signature martini was served in a specialty glass w garnish elevating even the bar service. Our dream for the wedding reception became a reality that exceeded our expectations. The guests are still complimenting the meal and the magical experience of the entire evening. Thank you Red Table.
Red Table was superb from start to finish. They weren't just our catering, but a centerpiece of our wedding planning process. They accommodated a wide range of dietary restrictions and incorporated custom coffee roasted by a guest into the evening. The food was delicious, and we're still getting rave reviews about it from our guests. Working with Pierce and David was smooth and fun, and we recommend Red Table without hesitation.
This review is overdue and I apologize for that. David and his team were top notch. We had Red Table cater my wife and I's wedding in April. David was responsive, flexible and hospitable, hosting us and our parents for a complimentary tasting. During the wedding planning process we had to deal with more amateurs than expected but Red Table consistently proved to be the most proficient vendor with which we communicated. David was present on the night of our wedding, ensuring everything went as planned and introducing us to his team. Our guests raved about the food, and Red Table is honestly one of the fonder memories of our wedding planning process. I hope we have another event someday that we can have Red Table cater.
