I had my carpets cleaned today, and they look absolutely beautiful. The technicians were friendly and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, and the difference is remarkable. I’m so glad I called them.
The service was top-notch from beginning to end. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. My carpets now look brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I will definitely call them again.
This is clearly a scam — something I might have noticed had I looked closer at their other reviews (Robert Reich? a bunch of others who are clearly from review farms?). They gave me one quote over the phone ($195), then wanted $425 in person to take my 6x9 carpet tile rug away to clean (second red flag). I talked the guy who knocked it up down to $385 after he saw my surprise and hesitation, but I wanted this done, so I accepted the price. He said they would soak it and do a multi-step deep cleaning process, and told me it would be a week. They wanted payment up front (third red flag). Ten days later, I had to call multiple times over the next week asking about my rug. Each time the guy who answered said he'd "check with the warehouse" and call me back within 10 minutes. No callback. Finally, over two and a half weeks later I'd just about resigned myself to the fact that I'd paid $385 to have my rug stolen — but he answered, and I said "I need you to tell me when I'll get my rug back". It was delivered the next day . . . and it smelled exactly like it did when they picked it up. So at least my rug was returned, but it definitely wasn't CLEANED. Save your money.
After many years of foot traffic, we decided to have a professional carpet cleaning service come to our home. In general, we had a positive experience because the cleaning was done quickly, completely, and for less money than we had anticipated. This is a fantastic business that we will be using again
The company's performance exceeded our expectations, and we appreciate their hard work. They did an excellent job on the carpets and the flooring. Every member of staff I interacted with was kind, efficient, and friendly.
