GL Courier handled a time-sensitive pickup and delivery for me and did an excellent job. They picked up seven boxes (including a fragile cake) from a store in Hicksville and delivered everything to a private residence in the Hamptons right on schedule. The driver was careful with the cake, and the office kept me updated with clear, friendly communication from start to finish. Professional, reliable, and very easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

In April 2025, my daughter accidentally left her cell phone at a gas station on Long Island. We initially tried Uber Courier and were extremely disappointed when the driver who said "yes" then said "no" because he didn't bother to read anything associated with the request. (Uber also charged me, until I messaged the driver back. Never again!) I quickly looked up a courier service in NYC, and this company had great reviews. I called them, the man I spoke with was immediately helpful, courier was professional & sent photos, and within a few hours, the phone had made its way back to Manhattan!!! THANK YOU so much! Worth every cent! Would definitely use again, 10/10!
We don't often use a courier service and when we called the last messenger we used and found a disconnected line, I found GL Courier on Google and they were excellent! They came the next day, as scheduled, and took care of our sensitive materials. I received email notifications of ETA and delivery. I would highly recommend their services.
