When you don't know, you don't know so you go to the Professionals/Experts who do know.
I stopped in the office of Schwartz and Ponterio 6.11.26 to inquire about the website form I filled out and see if my situation meet the criteria to proceed with a case, I was greeted by Mr. Ponterio who didn't just flat out say NO, he invited me in to sit and discuss my situation; he took his time to listen, review, explain and give me insight to my initial case settlement, law language/terms, etc (something my retained attorney never did), he then proceeded to explain the ABC's of what is needed to proceed with a new case; my case the meet the requirements.
Mr. Ponterio was personable, empathetic, honest, forward, patient, inquisitive and extremely helpful with the information (funny too). I was pleased with this as I haven't received this from the retained lawyer.
My interaction with Mr. Ponterio is what I envisioned and believed should be with a Lawyer.
I am in great appreciation and value of Mr. Ponterio, his time and insight; he went above and beyond himself to help and guide me in my current situation.
The firm was more focused on the irrelvant politics, immediately asking, 'who is the attorney' instead of focusing on the actual significant, overwhelming evidence to prove our case. Speaks volumes.
I must say this firm is so amazing. The lawyers are top notch and John Ponterio is the BEST lawyer ever. He is honest, intelligent and will give you the shirt off his back to help you. He truly is a gem. He has helped me soo much navigate my case and he went above and beyond. thanks so much John.
Amazing firm! I called with an issue and spoke with Mr. Ponterio. He was calm, rational, logical, offered clever and elegant solutions, and was extremely well versed in all the relevant laws (across multiple states and counties.) Although I was past the statute of limitations, he was filled with actionable advise, solutions, and insights. I WISH that I had found this firm prior to my statute of limitations expiring.
Although they didn't take my case yet, Mr. Ponterio was very attentive and caring. He reviewed some documents I sent him and took the time to review with me over the phone. He even gave me ideas and advice on a very personal level as well. I found this firm on the internet and in my opinion, I hit the jackpot!!!
