I dropped my personal HDD and heard the click of death. Jonathon handled my case. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. The entire process was much easier than I expected. Losing precious files is very stressful, but working with this company was the opposite. Jonathon let me know every step of the way what I needed to do on my end and gave me frequent updates on how the recovery process was going, so I was consistently informed. He was always very happy to answer all of my questions and was very quick to get back to me when we were emailing (most patient person ever, I am very busy and am a nightmare to anybody who tries contacting me, so thank you again Jonathon). The shipping was fast and well packaged, the replacement hard drive is lovely (and password-protected), and most of my files were able to be entirely recovered. For the ones that weren’t, there is a folder containing the damaged files, which is awesome. I am so glad to have my files back, and it was made as painless as possible thanks to Jonathon and SecureData.
I had a great experience using the data recovery service here. My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra broke and I was no longer able to boot into the device. I wanted all of the photos and videos from the device still. I called this place first to let them know my issue. Jonathan, who I spoke to got straight to the point, gave me next steps etc. I came to the physical location here to drop off my device and the device with the saved data (stored on a separate drive device) was returned to me much faster than the estimated time and everything seemed to have been transferred from the broken phone to the separate storage device. I will say the price was pretty steep for me, however in terms of service and quality, it is good and I would use their service again if I ever needed to.
They had a big job to do; physically reconstruct my 10TB hard drive, and they were able to recover ALL my files! Jason was great & helped me out with the pricing, and I am so happy with the results.
I had recently been told about Secure Data Recovery Services as I had a corrupt hard drive with a lot of photos that couldn't be fully recovered with other means. I called, they explained what they do, they gave me a good price, answered any questions I had, and I went ahead. They were able to recovered all my data in a quick amount of time. Very pleased the service I got and thankful I was referred to them.
I was completely shocked and over the moon when I learned that Kevin and his team had managed to recover all but one single, yes, one single file from my hard drive of over 500GB worth of footage, memories and movies.
