We've been using Security USA at our schools for several years, and their service has always been extremely reliable. The scheduling staff is extremely responsive to feedback and is always happy to help accommodate our ever-changing needs.
I just want to give a shout out to this awesome security company for being so professional, and on-top of everything leaving me the freedom and the confidence to focus on my guests and not have to worry about anything. I used them for my event and I'm very happy I did!! They were punctual, kind and extremely qualified.
I will definitely use them again.
Thanks again Security USA, Inc. I appreciate your service.
Security USA is, without question, the best security company in the business. As a producer of high-profile events, I work with many teams, and there is simply no one else I would recommend.
They are exceptional across the board, highly responsive, consistently punctual, and incredibly thoughtful in their planning. Their pre-event strategies are always thorough and tailored, ensuring every detail is covered and every safety measure is in place. They are also remarkably generous with their time and attention, which makes a meaningful difference throughout the planning process.
Working with them is seamless and genuinely a pleasure. Yael and David are both fantastic, true professionals who bring confidence and calm to every event.
If you are looking for the absolute best, Security USA is it. I’m so grateful to work with such an outstanding team!
The conduct of the Security USA staff at the Heritage Apartments in East Harlem (specifically Ms. Fermine) has been highly unprofessional and concerning. On multiple occasions, she has refused or been reluctant to open the entrance door for residents who are unable to gain access, despite knowing that the brivo keypad is broken.
Residents, including myself, have repeatedly explained that the Brivo keypad system does not recognize our electronic keys, yet Ms. Fermine continues to respond with unnecessary hostility and dismissive behavior. Her unwillingness to assist residents with a simple access issue raises serious concerns about her professionalism and her ability to effectively perform her duties as a security guard.
Given the nature of her role, a refusal to address extremely basic access issues calls into question how she would respond in the event of a more serious situation requiring prompt action or assistance. This pattern of conduct is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
Above all, knowing residents, ones you see every day, leaving them out in the rain/snow just because you don’t want to walk a few steps to open the door is not only unacceptable but inhumane. It’s cold, it’s wet, we have done our part to try the keypad, do your part of opening the door when you see the system is failing.
I intend to escalate this matter to her supervisor and pursue any additional appropriate steps including legal action to ensure that residents are treated with professionalism and that building security responsibilities are carried out properly.
I know Rami, David, Yael for many years. They are all reputable, professional and always available. Security used to be a second thought in the past not any longer. Security USA and its Team are proactive not reactive. I highly recommend Security USA for a clear "Peace of Mind" make no mistake about that !
