Found Seif online as I was desperately searching for someone to fix my son’s gaming laptop that suddenly crashed. I’m just a clueless mom trying to save the day so reached out with no idea what this process would look like. Seif asked me download an app that gave him access to the computer and that’s literally all I had to do. He was amazing and completely fixed the computer and explained to my son what he had to do so this issue wouldn’t happen again.

Seif was so great! I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. My computer was running super slow and I’m taking several online courses and sending clips and I wasn’t able to do anything. It was horrible! We tried doing a remote first for convenience sake but my laptop wouldn’t do anything let alone a remote. Seif made a house call and spent several hours fixing the problem. He explained what he was doing and why and what options there were. My computer is working again!!!!!He’s a cool and super-chill person and just plain nice. He also charges really reasonable fees. I highly recommend him!
