Ephraim was able to recover all of the years of files and data on my broken USB, which I thought I had lost forever. He is personable and kind and obviously an expert at recovery work. Would definitely recommend!

So the unfortunate thing is that data recovery is a pricey industry, so I did pay a decent penny. However, the fortunate thing is that after thinking that my external hard drive, with 10+ years of music data on it, was gone forever, Mr. Ephraim proved my doubts wrong by recovering every single file on the drive. Mr. Ephraim was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. Hopefully this never happens again, but if it just so happens to, I will definitely be returning to Sherlock Data Recovery for any future endeavors. Thank you once again!
Please be wary of using this service. Mr. Ephraim is an extremely rude and unprofessional man. I gave him my phone which had a broken screen to have the data recovered. Along the way he told me that the cost to recover the data would be $700, which is fair, and I declined. That should have been the end. What is not fine, however, is the phone screen was damaged further while in his care to the point where it is no longer even responsive, and Mr. Ephraim and his company refuse to take any responsibility and try to pin it on me, speaking in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. I would take my business to one of the many other data recovery services in the city that have more honest business practices.
I had another unfortunate incident with an external hard drive that I use in my studio. I am a music producer and I have my own record label and this hard drive had very valuable data.
