My Family and I reside in Bay Ridge and have visited Sicilian Builders on 3 separate occasions for our materials. This is a family owned business and it truly shows as the staff was incredibly helpful and invested in our projects the entire way. We had excellent communication each time and always fair pricing!
The owner is a consummate professional
The young guy in charge has no customer service skills! He makes you feel like you’re bothering him by coming and doing business, as if he’s doing you a favor. If you’re spending your hard earned money, it’s NOT a favor, it’s business! The one star is for his worker who brings your order, he’s friendly and very helpful in loading your order. As the previous reviewer, went there on a Sunday and no message on answering machine or signage of being closed. Total waste of my time and gasoline, would not do business there again. There are plenty of other business that carry the same products.
Drove from 20 mins away because this place is supposedly open on Sundays. Google shows Sunday hours 7am-11am.
Came at 7:30am and waited til 8am. Gates were down and no sign on the door explaining why. Called their phone number and no ones answered. Store front explicitly says “Open Sundays”. Save your time and find somewhere else.
