Rented a mic and some speakers for our wedding here, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions, gave recommendations for equipment, and were flexible with changes to pick-up, set up, and drop-off times. Really appreciated all of their help throughout the process!

I began plans for this event for my organization since the early summer. I reached out to Soundhouse for equipment rental - to be honest - I had never done this before and really had no idea what I was asking for. Gabby graciously responded, set up calls to discuss options with me, helped me find options within budget and was immensely patient as I had hundreds of questions and sent countless emails. Gabby is a patient, gifted professional and knew exactly what I needed. Quick, friendly and responsive - she put me and my team at ease, ensuring everything would arrive on time and our event sound and lighting would be flawless.
Cody was our engineer for the night and he and his team were there early, set up everything so quickly, performed multiple sound checks and ensured we were good to go the moment the event started to the moment guests departed. Cody was friendly and helpful and put everyone at ease. His team was in and out so fast - I don't think I had a chance to wish them a good night!
Gabby, Cody and Soundhouse are amazing - very prompt, professional and flexible - especially with small budgets. Solutions-oriented Gabby takes the time to explain everything so clearly - even someone like me who can barely turn on their phone can understand.

I have had nothing but 10/5 experiences with this company. Most of the time things went right; everything we rented worked well and we had the best party. Very rarely - things went wrong. Maybe a faulty cable or speaker. When that was the case, Soundhouse ALWAYS provided world-class support to help remediate the issue and we always ended up finding an adequate solution. Very grateful for this cool company operated by cool and honest people. 5/5 would rent again.
Had a great experience working with Soundhouse on a recent gig. Despite not knowing exactly what I needed, Mike Dextro and other members of the staff were extremely helpful figuring out what equipment I would need and for how to set it up for the first time. Would definitely use them again.
