SPR was able to repair my laptop screen which had not been displaying. The customer service was good and the process was smooth. My laptop is now in great condition again.
Muktar was very responsive and transparent about every stage of my laptop repair. The price to repair my cracked laptop screen was reasonable and matched the research I'd done on my own. He even explored cheaper alternatives before deciding to do a full replacement based on the extent of the damage and my laptop model. The repair itself was also very quick and he very thoughtfully (and free of charge) provided me with additional materials to protect my laptop when I came to pick it up, like bubble wrap to help with the transport home.
Excellent service. Fixed my phone quickly in n emergency. Great quality work and fast! The entrance is a little hard to find (see photos) but it’s at 1350 55th St on the third floor of the KPMG offices, just off 6th Avenue.
My daughter’s old iPhone broke in the morning. I searched for a repair shop close to my work and found SPR. All the reviews were very positive, and rightly so.
When I came to the building, I asked receptionist if he ever used the service. And he was happy to tell me he had his laptop screen replaced in a week by SPR, after getting a more expensive quote from geek squad that would take 2 months.
I dropped off the phone, it was quickly diagnosed, and I was given a fair and affordable quote on screen replacement. And I brought home the working iPhone to my thankful daughter.

I can’t praise Mukhtar enough. My laptop battery died and I needed to replace it a quickly as possible. I contacted SPR on a Saturday morning and Muktar agreed to meet me at his workshop that very afternoon. Within a matter of a few hours, my computer was again up and running. Mukhar worked quickly, efficiently and provided his service at a reasonable fee. I highly recommend.
