This company don’t do things the professional way they made promises to me that they couldn’t keep
Very unorganized.I moved to a different state and I was told I had to call the regional manager for change of address.I called him probably 3 times,left him a voicemail and even sent him a email.Its been 2 months now and I haven't gotten any response.I than called the office and I spoke with the regional manage assistant.She was extremely rude and told me "You have to call corporate cause he busy"..Hmm so why is that I was told to contact him.She than said "well I'm telling now call them cause I can't help you"..Prettt much telling me "Stop calling him".He should have just told me to call corporate instead of not replaying back
