Avi was absolutely amazing from start to finish! My son was sure his files were gone forever, as our usual IT pro said the flash drive was undetectable. I had an issue with my laptop. Although to get my laptop up and running technicaly the process should have taken, at most thirty minutes. However as much as Avi tried. After two hours the problem was not yet solved..
