I have booked with this maid service in the past and had an amazing experience. When I booked this time there was a little confusion with the booking time but they worked with me to make sure that I was able to have someone come in the day I needed (even though last minute) and even gave me a discount. Very happy with the overall service and how they solved this issue. Would definitely recommend!!!
I cannot recommend this company enough! I found myself in a bind and made a last-minute, desperate call at midnight, not expecting much. To my absolute shock, they were able to schedule a cleaning for 8:00 AM the very next morning and this was during Easter weekend, no less! I am moving into a newly renovated apartment that was so dusty and dirty from the work.
What truly sets them apart is how easy they make the process. There are no weird sign-up fees and none of that "request a quote and wait for a callback" hassle. You just text their number and they get back to you almost immediately. I was genuinely surprised they replied so fast at midnight.
I had tried another service first that used an automated website, and it was a nightmare. I had to fill out a long form just to be told in fine print I'd be billed monthly, and they still had to get back to me with a quote. This team is the complete opposite. They are straightforward, human, and efficient.
Jeff was fantastic to work with and made the coordination seamless despite the late hour. Maria handled the cleaning itself, and she was nothing short of excellent. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she left the place looking pristine. The photos don’t do show how clean and shiny.
If you want a professional, reliable service that values your time and doesn't hide behind automated forms, look no further. Five stars!
