So thrilled about my clean carpet. Carpet cleaning doesn't seem like the typical thing to make you happy, however when you have a new baby who is at the crawling stage, a clean floor is everything. The technician was so awesome and thorough, he even showed all the dirt that came from the carpets. Makes you feel kind of bad when you see it but then you immediately feel better to know you've taken action. My carpet looks and smells amazing and most importantly it is super clean. I feel so much better about the floor where my baby makes her adventure playland. Thank you, I will be in contact in the future for services.
The technician was very responsive and communicative. I was at work when he was working in my basement. He was sending me pictures and video of the work and the parts they replaced. Full transparency in the work especially since it was under the house out of sight, I appreciate the initiative to share the process as they worked on my property. Very professional and service oriented.
The technicians were amazing and very professional. I have had my carpet cleaned many times over, but never the way they cleaned it. I'm so pleased with the job they did and would recommend them to the highest. The price was really great. The technician had different cleaning packages to offer with great prices for stain resistance and high traffic areas, which made it easy for me to decide what was best for my carpet. They were fast and the carpet looks great. I'm so pleased and I just can't say enough about the service they provided. If you ever need your carpet cleaned I would recommend them.
This is the second time i've hired the technician to clean and protect and seal my whole house all carpet rugs tile. Again i'm amazed by the results. He does such a thorough job he obviously cares about the work he goes the extra mile to help with anything he can he is super nice very professional and a great communicator. Strongly recommend.
Extremly pleased with the service! On my area rug, they performed an excellent job. My kids always crawl all over it and get so filthy, but when this firm cleaned the rug, I could immediately see a difference.
