Not a nice experience I get a call in 4/11 saying my PlayStation is ready for pickup. I go to the store on 4/12 and only one person is in front of me and they do small talk for 20 minutes with him and discuss his options for an IPhone. Now I’m up and they say “ they need to assemble it give us a few minutes” weird, thought it was ready but ok. Then the guy helps out two customers that were behind me and that takes over 30 minutes and now I’m finally able to pick up. Truly unbelievable and should’ve been a very fast transaction.
Thank you, once again, for your superb service! As a longstanding member of this community, I can affirmatively attest to the fact that my neighbors and I are so very proud and grateful to have each and every one of you in our midst to graciously serve our community with your top-notch dedication at the helm. Keep up the good work, which yours defines as the very best in the industry!
I needed to replace my Samsung phone battery urgently before a flight; they didn't have it in stock but they called a few stores for me to check if those stores had it in stock. They were super nice (the person who helped me was a guy with sunglasses!) Had a bad experience with another ubreakifix before but this one was great! I think each store is a franchisee and this one is a great one (better than the one in Brooklyn, Court St).
My Samsung phone will no longer charge beyond 50% so I visited this place for a battey replacement.
Sileye greeted me at the front desk then handled my repair professionally, I'm reunited with my phone within 2 hours, amazing speed.
My recommendation would always be coming here prepared, you may call them, or search reddit, or talk to eager to help AI such as gemini/chatgpt(if you find it hard to trust a human) to understand what kind of repairs you need, you may then get a quote for the cost by calling them, they will also tell you the best time to come in to avoid the crowds.
More importantly, make sure you backup your device, move your SIM card to a spare phone, record your IMEI, clean the smudge off the device screen, put your device into maintenance mode etc. this will save you a ton of time, you do NOT want to desperately waiting here for the iCloud backup to finish or getting a failed backup notification at 99%, it is a waste of everyone's time.
They also offer insurance plan here that I wish I'll never need but I figured it could be very useful once the manufacturer's warranty expires.
I highly recommend this location and will come back if any of my devices needs a little treatment.
