The rental was clean and the app was easy to use. Would definitely rent again.
Waste my 1 hour there, must do registration through phone and waiting for id validation…. Car only pick up keyless with their app. Nobody pickup customer phone line.
After 1 hour I finally reached them out through email and they said they don’t rent to under 25.
If that’s the case why not just state it before card charging and rental agreement signed? So I don’t need to waste time.
Driving UFO cars is a privilege, the ev rental service is top notch and is offering more than just rental - well worth to check them out -
Excellent service. Staff is extremely communicative and responsive. Car is nice. If you’re never driven a TSLA before look up some basic maneuvering / screen control. Only downside for major cities like NYC is that since it’s a virtual key only - parking can only be done on the street or self parking which is harder to find. If they fix that would be perfect. Also if they were able to allow 1 dog.
Every thing was perfect i just suggest you give the key to us in addition to the app because all valet parking require to keep the key with them so i had hard time finding parking that accept my rental car with out key
