We recently engaged this Unloop to help us get our finances and bookkeeping in order, and they absolutely exceeded expectations.
Our books were in a tough spot, with multiple business wings, bank accounts, and credit cards to reconcile. We had tight deadlines to meet for our 2024 tax filing, and they stepped in with incredible expertise and efficiency. As a small business, it was really important for us to get our financials organized from the start so we don't have to deal with surprises in the future. Our financial advisor helped us map out how and what we should be reviewing as a business and advised us to get a really bookkeeper to keep track of all the costs. We came across Unloop, as the specialized in ecommerce businesses. Since our business was across various channels, there were a lot to track across each one and can be complicated. The Unloop team was patient during the onboarding process and now we have good process in place to ensure our financials are being tracked accurately and timely. Unloop does a super thorough job with our books, which is no easy task when it comes to our product-based e comm business. We have a lot of physical inputs that are always in flux with inventory, as well as a lot of different sales channels, and Unloop does a great job of keeping it all straight. Their systems are well organized and easy to engage with, which makes doing our part as easy as possible. The team is also very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We enjoy working with them!
