I would like to express my appreciation for Ms. Nicole Fisher’s outstanding support for me through this CPAP claim process. I was in the Navy for 25 years and moved all over the country. Figuring where to look for the hospital records and which time frame was a bit challenging. In 1997, my wife, Irene was diagnosed with terminal, stage four non-small cell lung cancer here in Chicago.
In 1996 I was station in Philadelphia and was able to determine that Irene got her Philips CPAP machine while I was stationed there. Unfortunately, Irene didn’t use my government health care. She used her work health care and we were unable to track down her records through the hospital or her doctor.
Ms. Fisher was the first person that I remember speaking with concerning this claim. She was extremely helpful in walking me through this difficult process of trying to identify the serial number of the Philips CPAP machine that Irene used. Ms. Fisher was very helpful in getting me started on the path of trying to obtain Irene’s records. We have worked on this for several years and she has always been dependable. Despite our best efforts we were not able to get a serial number for Irene's machine.
Through this entire process Ms. Fisher has shown herself to be very professional and helpful. She has reflected great credit on herself and your law firm. You should be very proud to have her as an employee.

I called the 800 number and the receptionist that answered was very helpful and pleasant. Answered some questions on behalf of my husband. He gave permission for me to do so and she said my husband qualified and is sending paperwork out to our address.
