I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have always received good service.
They refused to return the new tool that I bought an hour ago, although I did not use it and did not even open the package. The cashier was rude. I'll never come to this store again, and I don't recommend it!
Warm & welcoming with excellent service. Had Mul-T-Lock questions that were answered and got keys made. Thank you.
I have found myself here more than I care to talk about. Mainly because usually when end up here, this means something really went wrong and/or I have an emergency demanding my immediate attention.
My last visit was not as pressing, but did involve a very specific to do list. I need the correct lighting solution fast. As with every single of my previous visits, I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed. Five star for the courteous & knowledgeable staff. As well as the excellent selection.
