My experience with this attorney was deeply disappointing.
I hired him to handle a discrimination case against my employer. The settlement he negotiated was already less favorable than other attorneys advised, but the real problems started after the agreement was signed. When the company failed to fulfill parts of the settlement as promised, I turned to the attorney for help enforcing the agreement. Instead, I was told that I was on my own.
As a result, I ended up receiving less than I expected from the settlement and was left to navigate a complicated mess of paperwork and follow-up issues without meaningful assistance from either the company or the lawyer I had paid to represent me.
One thing I am glad I did was negotiate his contingency fee down significantly from his initial proposal to I think 14%. Based on the level of service I ultimately received, I would strongly encourage prospective clients to negotiate fees aggressively.
The most frustrating part was not the outcome itself—it was feeling abandoned when problems arose and support was needed most. Based on my experience, I would not hire this attorney again.
I had a phone call today with Chris regarding a highly stressful situation with my employer. After taking the time to understand my experience in detail, he provided thoughtful, insightful guidance on my options and offered clear recommendations. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone navigating an employment matter who wants a better understanding of the risks and overall viability of their case.
I can’t say enough good things about Rachel. From day one, she took the time to understand my situation and guided me with clear, practical advice. Her professionalism, calm confidence, and genuine empathy made an overwhelming experience so much easier to navigate. The resolution she achieved exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly grateful for her support throughout the entire process. If you need help with an employment matter, you won’t find anyone better.
I was referred to Rachel Haskell at Working Solutions Law Firm by a friend, in the midst of a very challenging work negotiation.
Rachel took the time to deeply understand the context with curiosity, kindness, and care. She helped me think through my options, approach, and potential speaking points through a legal lens, while also serving as an executive coach-meets-therapist of sorts.
I cannot recommend Rachel enough. Thanks to her deep experience and guidance, I strengthened the partnership with my CEO and negotiated a better stay package than I thought might be possible.
Thank you, thank you, Rachel!
I recommend Working Solutions Law Firm for anyone facing an employment or severance matter. They were prompt from the first contact and kept me updated at every step. The team was professional, responsive, and diligently reviewed my documents. My own deadlines were met. For counsel that moves quickly, this firm is a solid choice.
