I’m so glad I found this cleaning service! Pearl did an excellent job— she was thorough, efficient, and left my apartment feeling fresh and spotless. I especially appreciated how easy and quick it was to schedule an appointment, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. I’ll definitely be booking again and would happily recommend this service to others.
Zen Home Inc. is incredible. Carine, Noel, Kunchok and Khadijah are lifesavers. We were nervous to move into our first house. The warmth and friendliness of this specific team was such a comfort. They cleaned three floors until they were spotless. I’ve never seen such thoroughness. The attention to detail was incredible. At the end they made sure we were satisfied before leaving. The company is very transparent about their policies and practices. They are committed to quality, professionalism and care. I’ll be using them again for sure!
Great experience with Zen cleaning. Tanya was our cleaner and very thorough and pleasant to interact with. The standard of the service is very good and although we only use it a couple of times a month we are very happy with the quality. Also the apt always smells great afterwards!
We are house sitting in Brooklyn, and needed a cleaning service. I was referred to Zen Home Cleaning by my sister. Martha was fantastic. The apartment was moderately dirty when we arrived, and Martha spent 4 hours not only doing all the basics, but removing everything from the kitchen counters, and shelves and cleaning thoroughly. The bathroom was spotless, floors, tile walls, sink, etc. We would highly recommend the service.
Great and thorough job cleaning after renovations. Great communication from the team, checkin from supervisor. Quick turn around for quote and able to schedule quickly when others couldn’t. The house had significant floor sanding and construction dust.
Honestly surprised they ask you to provide broom, dustpan, bucket. Mop and toilet brush and vacuum I understand. But for a movein cleaning why would I have a step stool? Seems like part of their job.
They’re quite pricey but if that means paying cleaners better wages, all for supporting.
Considering toddler and pet moving in, we like that they use natural products.
