One of my stores located in Chelsea NY was being vandalized left and right for the past three (3) years. I've hired two (2) different Security Services but none of their employees were on point because they were either too lazy to walk the field or they were just sleeping on the job. And now with "Aam Security Services," I've been able to breath peacefully because they do their job with confidence and sincerity. I am extremely satisfied and I recommend you give them a call for your own safety. Believe me, your conscience will be proud just as much.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unreliable, unprofessional, and could not fulfill basic asks. We had asked for a security guard that could come on time and be in a suit and tie. First person was late, not in a suit and tie, and was on his phone the entire day despite me asking him not to 3-4 times. Second person came in looking like a cross guard. I felt bad for him, because I sent him home immediately. When I had asked if he was told that we expect him in a suit and tie, he said no. Third person finally came in on time and was generally fine. Fourth person was not in a suit and tie and was on his phone all day. Literally stood in a crowded store with his phone in front of his face. Then the fifth person was fantastic and courteous. Had 5 different security people, but had no idea who was coming everyday. We hired for the busy holiday season, but the security would unexpected just not show up for 3 days without any notice. I'm going to assume that the guards let the company know, but the company didn't do anything about it. Won't issue a refund even for poor service, service not fulfilled, or attempts to cancel contract. Now I'm stuck having to dispute charges for services not rendered.
Excellent service, very professional, got what I needed done with no hassle
