Sergey was wonderful to work with. He had a calm demeanor and genuinely wanted to diagnose the issue correctly instead of rushing through the visit. I previously had two other HVAC companies evaluate the problem, but Sergey was the first to identify the underlying issue. He quickly ordered the necessary parts and resolved everything the same day.
Max, the dispatcher, was also very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain the possible diagnostic tests and what they were looking for throughout the process. The communication, professionalism, and efficiency from the entire team really stood out. They will definitely be my go to HVAC company for annual maintenance moving forward.
Airnizer are the best in the biz as far as I’m concerned, and they’ve saved me from a summer of pure misery, at a reasonable price no less!
I knew I wanted to work with Airnizer from my first call to Max, who made a point to provide me with helpful, practical advice for my system, even when I was shopping around.
Flash forward to last week, when the unit, only quasi-repaired by my building, again gave up the ghost and, upon calling Airnizer, Vlad was there within 12 hours, diagnosing the issue correctly (and providing strong technical justification for it).
Within the space of a week, for a very competitive price, Vlad had corrected the issue, and the unit now blows colder air than it ever has before.

Our AC went out during the summer, which is what prompted us to call Airnizer HVAC—and I’m really glad we did. They came out quickly, were very responsive over both phone and email, and handled everything in a professional manner from start to finish.
Their pricing was reasonable, and they were upfront about costs. They diagnosed and solved the issue swiftly, which was a huge relief given the heat. They also made sure to provide a COI, which we needed for our building, and they accept multiple forms of payment, making the process easy.
Overall, a smooth, efficient experience. I’d highly recommend their services.
In 2026, it’s rare to find an HVAC company in NYC that provides the excellence that Airnizer provides. They were very thorough with their investigation and very patient with me asking a bunch of questions. They also identified issues other contractors had missed for years.
Although there was a minor language barrier, I personally found their communication style significantly better than other contracting companies with no language barrier.

Amazing service! Technicians were very professional and efficient and rates were very fair. They quickly diagnosed the problem with our Mitsubishi wall unit, explained everything very clearly and got it up and running. Highly recommend!
