Thank you so much Moises for delivering us home safe!! After a crazy day of waiting for AAA to show up and tow us (5hours+) I was referred to Moises and let me tell you... he was honest up front about the cost of towing to Jersey. Made us feel safe and kept our spirits up with fun conversation. Truck was clean and had space for my mom and I. Dropped off the car at the mechanic and made sure we got home safe. Thank you so much! Moses was incredibly professional and kind, and charged me a very fair price. Instead of taking advantage of my situation (stranded 60 miles from home with a flat tire in front of the Holland Tunnel and no spare), he found and took me to a 24 tire replacement business in Brooklyn. He promised he wouldn't leave me in a strange place if I was not comfortable, and true to his word, he stayed with me in Brooklyn until I told him he could leave. I saved hundreds of dollars and many hours of my time. In the meantime, he gave me a pep talk to remind me that this was just "a problem to solve," and to be grateful that I don't have a bigger problem like so many other people do. I am grateful for his generosity of spirit.
Moses was came extremely quick, with live updates on his status. He made sure to go over pricing before agreement. Pricing was fair for NYC rates. He was very kind, and got the job done for me, on short notice.
Moises made my towing experience easy and gave me an affordable low price , on time , very helpful with everything treated my car with good care and also helped me get it running again in not even two minutes after a year of sitting. He also was nice enough to let me ride with him there and back, very nice funny guy definitely will call if i ever need a tow
Bike was running funky so I was stuck by World Trade Center. Went through progressive roadside assistance and this is the company that came. Moses is a great guy. I’m very happy with his service. We were in the truck for about an hour and he was a very humble, respectful, and friendly guy. Made sure I was happy with how it was being strapped and was very thorough with his service. Would definitely recommend for anyone in Manhattan.
