Let me say this is not an understatement when I say this is the best customer service I've ever received. I was from out of town installing air conditioner for my grandmother. I want to cut a wood brace for the air conditioner but did not have any tools even a measuring tape. The person offered for me to use his measuring tape to take it home measure what I needed and come back and he would gladly cut the wood. Here's the thing in today's world and mediocre customer service this is by far outstanding.
