I had a wonderful experience with the team here. Everything went as initially presented, and there were no surprises. The team was excellent with communication and the process was pretty smooth within the team's control. I would also like to highlight, they handled my case in the state of NY, which I do not live in. I would highly recommend this firm based off my own personal experience.
They were very easy to work with. They recovered a decent amount of money for me that was held up with the unclaimed funds department. Their fees were more than reasonable. I live on the west coast and all correspondence between us was done via email and phone. I only wish all law firms were like Antonelli & Antonelli.
I reached out to this law firm in an attempt to have them help me with the New York Department of unclaimed funds. After two months of intermittent emails, A paralegal finally got back to me, as she “reviewed my file”. I never even got to speak with a lawyer. I decided to go with another firm.
I received a notice from the State of NY that there were unclaimed funds in my deceased parent's names. NY required certain legal documents to be executed, notarized, and filed. From the moment I reached out to Samantha Sbrocchi, an associate at Antonelli, I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I was also directed to Ana Pinker, one of the paralegal individuals in their office to answer any additional questions that I had. They were able to quickly execute what I needed to settle the matter, with my only involvement, having my signature notarized. From there, they quickly filed the required documents with NY State, and a few weeks later, I had a check in my hands. I very highly recommend their services.
