Had an excellent experience. We had a legal discovery with a close approaching deadline. We needed to restore data ASAP. I called and they walked me through it over the phone + they did remote screen sharing when I asked for it. The gentleman on the phone was A+ friendly, helpful, smart, and professional.
I'm not very tech-savvy....and I've had to ask for help from Robert numerous times. He's always quickly available...doesn't even require that I wait in line and go through regular channels. Just gives me the help I need and fixes my problem...if not immediately, then usually overnight. He is so knowledgeable and patient....approaches every issue with a smile....and I appreciate him very much.
