From the exam to the overall efficiency of the operation, everything was top notch. I'll admit I walked in with high expectations based on the reviews I'd seen — but the improvement over my previous aids was so dramatic that my friends with hearing issues have started to wonder if I have a financial interest in the company, given how relentlessly I promote them. Scheduling with Dr. Silvermintz was a breeze!! I found her easily on ZocDoc, confirmed my insurance upfront, and completed all my paperwork digitally ahead of time, so check-in took no time at all. The one hiccup was with building security; the guard was having trouble with the system and was initially reluctant to let me up, which was a bit frustrating. Once I made it upstairs, though, it was smooth sailing. Dr. Silvermintz was thorough, attentive, and walked me through everything during the appointment so I always knew what was happening and why. I received my report the same day and she sent it directly to my ENT, which made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!
