This is a mixed review. Shelley put a lovely four-week Australia trip together for us. She showed us a diverse Australia with a variety of tours focused on culture, history, wildlife and cities. Accommodations suited us well and the planned tours were great.
Unfortunately, we had a few challenges including arriving at 9:00 am after 24 hours of travel and not being able to check into the hotel. We booked our own international flights (Shelley knew what these were). Clearly, I should have checked the detail better but it would have been helpful for Shelley to point this out.
We also had a 6:00am flight out of Melbourne. The time was incorrect in the narrative we were given which indicated we were to turn in the car at 6:00am. Realizing late in the game that this would mean a 3:30am departure from our hotel, driving in the dark to an unfamiliar airport I contacted the in-country emergency number for Aspire told them we wanted to stay at the airport, cancel our final night at the hotel in Melbourne and turn in the car early. Fortunately, they were able to do this for us.
These “challenges” were early in our trip and as always, we figured things out. We have some great memories of the people we met along the way and the amazing wildlife.
We were planning a month long trip to NZ and Australia and fortunately found Aspire Down Under to help us with the logistics. We had a very ambitious itinerary and as we started working on bookings realized we needed some help. I found Aspire and connected with Sarah who was super easy to work with. She helped fine tune things and offered valuable insights. Once the itinerary and budget was set, she had flight, hotels and tour options available for our review in a short time. After some input, things were firmed up and our trip was set. They took care of all the bookings. A few weeks prior to the trip we received information for the Vamoos App which had a day by day breakdown of activities, hotels and transportation making it easy to see what to expect on a daily. Overall would highly recommend Aspire Down Under. .
My friend and I went on a 2-week tour of New Zealand. Aspire Down Under and specifically Sarah was fabulous at helping us book our trip. Sarah was very easy to work with and not pushy at all. She listened to what we wanted and provided the best options for us to see the most of New Zealand during out trip. She was super helpful with booking flights, the group tour, airport transfers. She was excellent at communicating instructions on what we needed to do to prepare for our trip and for international travel. I will definitely use them again to book future vacations.
This was a great experience. Such wonderful sights and a really good group of traveling companions. The tour leader and driver were excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Shelley Madsen with Aspire Down Under helped us immensely and was always quick to respond to our questions. She was easy to work with and very patient and also very knowledgeable. I would recommend her anytime to friends and family!
My daughter and I enjoyed a 14- day trip around Australia! Aspire Down Under, specifically Sharon, did a perfect job of organizing flights, hotels, transportation and tours! We visited 3 different parts of Australia and had the perfect amount of time in all locations. At the end of each part, we felt ready to move on. It as comforting to know that everything was taken care of and we didn't have to think of anything! Truly a vacation! BRAVO!
