I used Best Way Towing to transport my car from NJ to Queens and they were great!
Pricing was reasonable and they were able to accommodate specific time requirements. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there in person but they kept me updated along the way, so I felt safe and well informed about what's happening. Pricing was transparent and no add on fees or whatsoever. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this towing service.
A few weeks ago my son called the roadside assistance company that we pay a hefty annual membership fee for each year and for the 3rd time in about 18 months they were unable to deliver on their service of having someone tow my son's car until approximately 8 hours after the initial call. I started Googling towing services in Queens and came across Best Way Towing and read the reviews. Called them around 2:00am, spoke to Raza and explained the situation. Zeeshan arrived within 30 minutes with a flatbed!! Best Way to the rescue!! I wish I could give them 10 stars because this was one of the BEST & FASTEST responses we have ever experienced!! Give them a shot - you won't be disappointed.
Raza at Best Way Towing New York City Inc. was beyond helpful and truly saved us in a stressful situation. We were stranded in Queens after waiting nearly three hours for different technicians and roadside assistance services who couldn’t solve the issue. We had a very specific problem with a wheel lock on our Jaguar and didn’t have the wheel lock key needed to remove the lug nuts.
Raza showed up late on a Friday night around 10 PM and immediately put us at ease. Not only did he handle the situation professionally, but he drove two and a half hours to Darien, Connecticut to get the car where it needed to go. After we texted me photos to confirm the job was done. On top of that, he kindly dropped us off at home in Larchmont along the way, which he absolutely didn’t have to do.
Throughout the whole process he was cheerful, patient, and incredibly helpful during what had been a very long and frustrating night. People like Raza are rare — he went so far above and beyond what anyone would reasonably expect.
I truly cannot recommend Raza enough. Please trust this man. He turned a nightmare situation into something manageable, and honestly I would trust him with my life. Thank you again, Raza!
