Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company in NY. Complete disaster. Picked out fabric and was told by salesman Alan he would supervise install as I live out of town. They came to apt but were not able to complete install as they determined drapes were not right height and would need to come back. This part, I appreciate.
What I didn’t appreciate was they drilled holes in my ceiling with no prep of floor or furniture. Dust was everywhere and they scratched up my good wood floors in several places.
I rescheduled the install for two months later when I would be back in city. I followed up at least four times to make sure they would come first thing in morning as my time was limited. I spoke to both the salesman Alan and Albert at office. They did not come until after 12:00 When calling they gave me excuses like traffic, other calls first, etc, but the truth is the company did not follow through even though they knew how important it was to me . I specifically asked far in advance so there would not ve a problem. The installers were very nice and professional but the office was extremely neglectful
Needing just a small amount of fabric, we went in, they gave us 3 swatches and we left. Excellent customer service and enormous inventory of upholstery and decorative fabrics. Returning to buy, they helped us find a complimentary color. Will definitely return!
Wish there were more stars to give! Bettertex did an amazing job reupholstering our Ligne Rosset sofa bed. They were extremely patient in helping choose the right fabric, picked up the sofa bed did the work and returned it in record time and with great care and attention to detail. Will definitely use them again!
Wide variety of fabrics. Amazing assortment. Albert and the Bettertex team provided amazing custom wall paneling for a project. They are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Bettertex for custom fabric paneling, headboards, bed frames, and drapery. Will try to add more photos when the job is completed.
I Bought into bettertex two goose down feather insert size 24x24 and two yards of emboss 100% navy silk to have two custom made pillows constructed. I made the arrangements with the design professional Jack the return pickup time was swift and the custom made outcome of the two pillows are breathtakingly beautiful meeting all my request and my expectation. I look forward to a continuing client/design ventures with bettertex.
