Great body shop all around, ended up with them at random via a towing company and from start to finish the process was prompt, communicative and professional. Would recommend to anyone locally. I worked with multiple staff members and everyone seems to genuinely care.
Jared and the whole team at Blue Star Auto are the real deal. I had my car back in 3 days, which honestly I was not expecting. No rental needed. The turnaround was that fast.
The scratches I brought it in with were pretty bad, and there’s no sign of them anymore. They also detailed the interior so thoroughly that I feel like I’m driving a brand new car. Not exaggerating.
The pricing was totally affordable. I just paid out of pocket without a second thought.

Some may call my car well worn. I say she is a city car, and well loved. At 16 years old and with her fair share of scars, she is not a show car. But these guys gave her the full white glove service she deserves. My car now shines. My foggy headlights - gone. It's like the cataracts were removed. Scratches had been carefully touched up to cover the paint removal. I don't know what I was expecting but it's like my car has had a face lift. I would 100% recommend these guys to my friends and strangers alike. These guys care about doing a great job and are a plasure to deal with. 10 out 10. Highly recommend.
They've always squeezed me in for same-day, even same-hour appointments. Love their online scheduling - every other shop makes you call during their business hours. Not BSBABS - they're more efficient and flexible. Incredible service. Customers come from New Jersey to get their cars fixed here. I trust BSBABS to the ends of the earth!
Blue star was great. Helped me understand what was needed. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was satisfactory. The outcome for the repairs they made on my car were outstanding. I’m really happy with the outcome and happy my car is good as new.
