Rez and the team have been phenomenal in restoring my body and nervous system. I have been going to them for a few months now and they have been supportive and target my areas of concern. The program has been working and I am glad that I found this clinic!
Brooklyn Acupuncture Medicine (Rez) was recommended to me during a period of high stress by a friend who swore by them. Thank God I listened to her. The team at BAM is incredible. From the moment I met them I felt instantly at home. I’m encouraged to show up as I am and they genuinely care about their patients wellbeing. Rez is a wizard, and I leave every session feeling more whole and in less pain. Highly recommend them and will be a patient for as long as they’ll have me ❤️
I began seeing Rez in June 2025 after experiencing extreme back pain and the care, attentiveness, and attention I’ve received has been great. She is very knowledgeable and always ensures I get the care I need. Her staff is also wonderful, they’re very friendly, supportive and helpful. I have never experience treatment where I actually feel like I matter like I have here. If you’re looking for an acupuncturist that knows what they’re doing, cares and listens absolutely look no further than here! Highly recommend.
Rez and the team are so wise, intelligent, and gentle. I went for a number of overlapping issues (physical and emotional) and always felt taken care of and like I was in the best hands. I am endlessly grateful to Rez for helping me heal and grow into a much stronger version of myself than the one I showed up in. I have already recommended her to friends and family and trust her for any and all future acupuncture needs!

However, I felt misled by the onboarding experience. When I messaged about a consultation, someone called me right away and said they could see me in a few days. I asked about the pricing, but she assured me I should just come to the appointment for Rez to come up with a treatment plan. My insurance does not cover acupuncture, so I wanted to know the pricing, but I felt almost pressured into just going to the consultation. Rez was very knowledgeable about the conditions I discussed, and then quoted over $7300 for a treatment plan, which sounded thorough, but I simply can't afford that. I would LOVE to have that kind of money to spend on treatments. She then said if I go somewhere else, and don't follow her plan, I was wasting my money and the treatment won't work. It felt like a predatory wellness scheme to the tune of "....you have this mysterious chronic problem, I can connect the dots, I can fix it, you're desperate for help, just pay up and I'll work my magic...." On my way out she kept saying "I'm here for you" as if I magically was going to find thousands of dollars and come back the next day.
I felt embarrassed. Just be up front about your pricing.
