This company is awesome.. They repaired about 6 washing machine and dryer...Michael the tech. Supper reliable and honest.. Great worker.. always have the answers in need. When I call his there and on time.. the machines all working great and this is the perfect company to call.. Michael should get a raise and a bonus.. Great employee..Company really nice and on time.. Parts get ordered and in 1 to 2 days they are calling u to come back to repair..

Knowledgable, quick, and professional! I called Certified Refrigeration for maintenance on our Sub-Zero and mentioned that our ice maker had not worked in 2 years. A competitor had previously visited twice and could not diagnose the issue, let alone repair it. Within minutes, our very kind repair technician identified that we had water in the line to make ice but that we needed to replace the ice maker itself (based on the error codes provided by the unit plus the evidence that he saw). In under one hour, the ice maker was repaired, all filters were changed, and we were ready to go. I couldn't be happier! In the future, this will be my first and only call.
