Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that. It’s really disappointing that a building would hire them. Their supervision and service have been quite poor, and it seems like they’re not very effective at resolving issues. I’ve heard about people getting stuck in the elevator and not being helped, which is incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them at all, even if they’re willing to work for free. They’ve unfortunately caused quite a bit of trouble for my building.
If I could give zero stars, I would! They are the worst elevator company in NYC. They’ve been mismanaging our new building’s sole elevator since 2020. They come to “fix” things that remain broken. They’ve left an elevator down with no prior notice in a building with multiple babies, dogs, and disabled people on higher floors for 4 days now. Do not hire them. They are untrustworthy and unresponsive.
Flagrant disregard for other drivers or how to drive properly. Merged into our lane without signaling and almost hit us on BQE! Then harassed us. Bald guy, terrible driver, company sends out their worst drivers on the road to represent them. wouldn't trust this company. Happened on 4/14 around 4:25pm. We have the video of the harassment--please vet your drivers.
Your driver on Cross Bronx expressway is an idiot! Doesn’t follow driving rules. Almost crash into him, I should have and then sue him and your company! I have the video too if you want to see him reckless driving. Speak and reprimand your employees, their mistakes can cost your company a lot (Saturday 06/29) whoever was driving this day
