Decent Place with great service when you are in the store, Super friendly staff and amazing product.
Great store. Very helpful staff and the prices are excellent. It's a small store, but you can find just about anything there. If you can't find it, they'll order it for you. I've compared their prices to home depot and they are either the same or cheaper. They also don't waste your time: they find out what you need, get it for you, and send you on your way.
My experience with CYE lighting couldn't be better. First, in reference to the previous review, the stock database was accurate in my case. Once I put the item in the cart, the stock count reflected that. So that problem is fixed. As far as my experience: I placed the order on line, sent an email to check the status a day later, got an almost immediate response with details about shipping. Got the package early in perfect condition. Of the 10 light fixtures ordered, however, one had a manufacturing defect and did not function. After emailing CYE about the problem they promptly had the manufacturer ship out a replacement. It came in 2 days. 5 stars.
Don't trust their stock numbers or their staff.
Site listed an item as in stock. I placed an order and called to confirm that they had this item in stock. They said they did and they were preparing to ship it. Great!
Oh wait nope. Sorry. We don't have THAT item. We have a similar one! Our own brand! We'll sell you that for same price! Bait and switch much?
The item I wanted has a price of $55. The item they offer sells for $22.50 elsewhere...so they are kind enough to offer me this no name LED driver for TWICE the price? Oh so very kind...
Don't trust their website stock numbers. They're a sham. Don't take them up on any offers of switching out to a "similar" item. They'll pass the savings on to themselves.
