From The security guard, to the bartender, and the two staff members who helped out were all absolutely awesome! They were so friendly, helpful, and just made everything run so smoothly. My guests kept raving about how nice and accommodating everyone was.

Lisa did an absolutely beautiful job with our baby shower decorations. Everything looked amazing, and we were all so impressed with her attention to detail. Her work truly speaks for itself. We were beyond satisfied and so grateful for the care she put into making the day special.! The staff and security was so wonderful and helpful and pleasant! Thank you all again !
We had a wonderful experience here celebrating my son’s first birthday. Lisa was very helpful through out the whole process: from helping me to think through the layout/how to make the most of the space upon booking to helping day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had a hiccup with an outside vendor and she and her staff were very understanding and accommodating. The space is beautiful and it’s so convenient that it comes with a bunch of add on options such as decor and balloons. All our guests had a great time. We will very likely have another event here in the future. Looking back at photos the lights could’ve been a bit brighter for a kid’s event but it’s all good! Overall great experience!

I attended a 50th birthday party this past Saturday, and I have to say — the staff was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, professional, and made the evening feel special. Chelsea, the lovely lady at the door, greeted guests with such kindness and a smile that set the tone for the whole night. The bartenders were excellent, the security team was respectful and attentive, and the entire venue looked fabulous. Everything flowed so smoothly and beautifully. I will definitely be booking an event here in the future. Thank you to Chelsea and the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

I recently had a baby shower here on 09/07/25. I reached out to the venue in early July, and two days later I was viewing the event space. I was in complete awe of how beautiful it looked inside without even being decorated (Video attached). Although, the venue is a bit on the pricier side, you are paying for absolute quality. You have a set price, and I chose to do the 5 add-ons for an extra $500 (completely worth in my opinion). I sent Lisa Hayes, the decorator, my theme and some inspo pics (pictures attached) and she went above and beyond to ensure my vision came to life. It was absolutely beautiful when I arrived. I mean from the table arrangements to the setup, and the staff. Everything was perfect and handled with so much care. I had such an amazing time and it was really do to all of the great work from the DearHarlem team.
