OUTSTANDING! Deck Master Home Improvement built a deck in my backyard, as well as a platform with steps outside my garage door into the backyard. From the start, Lou met with me to discuss the project and show samples of materials. His expertise and wisdom through the entire project made me feel at ease. He was involved, answered phone calls in a timely manner, and always followed through on his word. His team was skilled, worked efficiently, and they were professional and kind. They even handled an unexpected irrigation issue that would have interfered with the deck. The project began on schedule and was completed on schedule. We recently had Deck Master Home Improvement rebuild our deck in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, using Trex decking with black aluminum Signature railing, and the result is absolutely perfect. The job included removing the old structure, new framing, stairs, wall, and railing - all done with care and precision despite the tight townhouse access.
