We just had Decks R Us take down a very worn 30 years old deck and replace it with a gorgeous new Trex deck with new lights and steps! First day started with sun then pouring rain…they continued working.. thought they would need two more days but finished the job in just two days….we are beyond happy! Workers were quick but thorough and cleaned up nicely….pleasure dealing with Kristen in the office and of course Nick was a true professional. Highly recommend!
Nick was quick to start the work and get paid promptly. When the concrete chipped after just two months, he wanted to come by personally to inspect it, but he was busy with another job and needed a week, that was in March. It's now June, and he still hasn't responded to calls, texts, or the landline for the business. My brother and I both had our yards done by him two weeks apart, and we spent a lot of money. Unfortunately, the customer service and follow-up have been disappointing, especially given the quality of the work initially done.
Nick and his crew installed our Trex deck a few years ago and did a wonderful job. When we got a patio addition this year, Nick was my first call to come out and install a new set of steps. His crew came out very quickly and finished the job in a few hours, and it all matched perfectly and looks like they were there the entire time. They are very knowledgeable and care about their workmanship!
Nick and team did an awesome job! Beautiful craftsmanship and very professional by all. 100% satisfied and extremely happy with my new deck! Nick provided various ideas on different styles and combinations between the trex deck boards and railing. I haven’t worked with a company who strives for perfection in quite some time! Thank you for a beautiful deck!
We needed to tear down an old deck and build another from house to above ground pool. My husband had ideas what he wanted and we called at least three different contractors. Two spoke with my husband said they will come back with estimate and we never heard from them, the third didn't even bother. The pool store recommended Decks are Us. My husband called, Nick came over, he listened to what my husband wanted to do and made suggestions that my husband agreed with. Nick promised an estimate within a day or two and delivered. We hired them and thought it would be at least a few weeks before work would begin. But the following Monday they came, tore down old deck, carted everything away and built new deck including gates, privacy fence and railings with in 4 days. What a beautiful job! I now feel like I have a resort in my backyard. We are waiting on a special order of a piece of siding that need to be placed because the deck is lower then original and a pole for old fence but Nick said he ordered it and as soon as he gets it in he and his team will be back.
