Eastern Elevator helped us get out of an overpriced contract and offered significant savings. They also offer service of which I have never seen before. They over achieve and have top notch customer service.
Wow! I'm so impressed with the service I received this week. The call was answered promptly, courteously and professionally. We were subsequently scheduled for service. The repairs were done as discussed AND when we were told they would . It definitely helps us do our business knowing EASTERN ELEVATORS were there with their customer service, and that partnership is VALUED!
