The service, pricing and quality were excellent, including consultation on selecting the frame and matte. Could not be happier and would highly recommend!
I honestly feel scammed. I was clear that I wanted two simple white frames, nothing fancy. He quoted $250 each, which I thought was way overpriced and said I couldn’t afford, then he asked my budget. I said $100 per frame, and he agreed. When I picked them up, everything was wrapped, so I didn’t see the finished product until I got home. The frames ended up being extremely cheap, thin white frames that look like something I could’ve bought for $10 at Target.
This is a great shop - I had two pieces that needed framing and they sat with me and helped choose beautiful options for my price point. The work turned out great! Highly recommend
Got a poem piece framed. The man working there was approachable, insightful, and respectful. They had a wide variety of frames and I ended up going with an unusual wisteria wavy wood frame. Never seen this finish before. The worker suggested a textured cream colored mat. It looks amazing. It took 3 weeks, it wasn’t cheap but it was fair and they did an amazing job. They even threw in museum-glass rather than regular for no extra cost.
Absolutely exceptional work time after time again!!! Pronoy has a level of craftsmanship and an eye for layout that you just can’t get at any other framer. I am a home stylist, and send all my clients here. I trust him completely!
Just recently, we brought him an impossible project - framing a 12” diameter, heavy metal punch bowl and serving set. Pronoy worked with us on the perfect way to stage the pieces, and built a plexi box (in museum glass to cut the shine) and the photos speak for themselves!!! It’s STUNNING!! There’s nothing he can’t do, and it is worth every penny!
Update: We did another project with the neon frames & museum glass with Pronoy. Definitely an investment, but they are unbelievable!!!! He also framed the white piece to the left, which had been a curled poster for many years. You can’t even tell it had damaged cornered or any irregularity in the texture. Absolutely stellar work, every time!
